Most of the time, the leader you are in one mission will be a hero in another mission, and your heroes will likely end up becoming leaders in future missions. Eternal Lords, it's Arvik, a Frostling Necromancer. Golden Realms you'll never play the same class twice but all the missions are as Halflings. In Commonwealth, it's a Human Dreadnought, Edward. In Elven Court, that's an Elven Rogue, Sundren. In each campaign you'll play a variety of different races and classes, but you'll have one "main" class and/or race that you'll play as for at least half the missions. The first two campaigns are six scenarios each (technically eight, but you'll only play six of them, depending on your choices - you'll see what I mean), the third and fourth are three scenarios each. If you're not a new player who's looking to try and win on Hard, you might find Gloweye's guide more helpful. I'm also writing this guide with the assumption that you're playing on Normal - that way if you're playing on Easy, this should be overkill and you'll still win.
